These are the grown up version of Duimen Drop. They look like long blocks, but are a soft and sweet licorice, with a nice, slightly firm exterior. You can bite right into these and will discover a delicious, chewy inside. Bielzen are similar to Brussels Manneke, which are a light salt version of Bielzen, also made by Matthijs.
