The slightly tough, chewy texture of the Drop Foppies means you can't gorge mindlessly -- a good thing! I guess they're meant to resemble keys, but I approach them like a baby's pacifier. The long, skinny portion takes a while to dissolve in your mouth (if you can refrain from chewing), and once it's gone, the round "handle" is the perfect mouthful. The ammonium chloride element of salty European licorice is present here, but not overly assertive.
