Honey in the Rough is simply raw clover honey. This form of honey does not undergo any processing which attributes to it's unique color and consistency. It is an amazingly delicious honey! We love to mix some in tea, or simply enjoy with a spoon! The honey contained in this jar has never been warmer than the temperature naturally occurring in a bee hive. It contains all the pollen, enzymes, and minerals existing in raw unprocessed honey!
